CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel orders placed with NEWMIXUSA.COM please contact us by phone. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 

Thank you for shopping with NEW MIX.

The following Return Policy applies to online purchases made through cs@newmixusa.com.

Returns are accepted within 7(seven) business days of receipt of goods. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached in its original packing material (hanger, individual plastic bag) and must be accompanied with copy of the invoice and RMA#(return merchandise authorization #). Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Any return, exchange, claim are not accepted after 7(seven) business days of receipt of goods.

Shipping charges are not refundable. 
All sale items ARE FINAL, no exchange, no refunds, no exceptions.

Securely pack your merchandise and return with the copy of your invoice and RMA#. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless the merchandise is damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking and insurance.

Any returns without RMA# will be declined and refused and will be return to sender.

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect return merchandise. Please allow 2~3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credit.
